Kristi Provencio was recommended to us and we are very happy with her and her knowledge of the El Paso area. We relocated here from Michigan and had no idea what to expect. Kristi introduced us to places to eat, gave recommendations of places to visit and offered us genuine hospitality. She is extremely patient and motivated to help in any way possible. Kristi has completely exceeded all of our expectations. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Kristi Provencio is a real estate agent that gives an impression of just how much she loves what she does!

Kristi had a service attitude beyond our demands. She was always there for us whenever we needed her. She showed us around with a very pleasant attitude and always thinking what was best for us. She was a great help. She was very helpful with the financing of the house. I truely believe that without her help we would not had been able to obtain financing of the house. Quicken loans had us approved for the lian of the house and when our offer was accepted Quicken loans came back saying that they made a mistake during the evaluation of the approval and that we were no longer approved for the loan. Kristi immediately found a bank that can give us a loan and we obtained the loan in one day due to Kristi’s recommendation.

Kristi helped us in all regards. Very kind and knowledgeable. Always answering our questions and guiding us through the process. Kristi was more then patient with us. Since we are first time home buyers. We asked many questions and some numerous times. She never failed us in answering all questions no matter how mundane they were.

Kristi is the best. She walked us through every aspect of the sale and made it as painless as possible!

Kristi was very professional and extremely helpful, she made the entire process enjoyable and pain free. I am very happy to have been able to work with Kristi and would be more than glad to work with her in the future.

We needed someone we could trust given we were out of town sellers. We had a not so good experience with another broker. Kristi was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and an overall very trustworthy person. We could not be more happy. Kristi has a great personality and is a natural in real estate. I recommend her highly. We were very happy with the professionalism of Century 21 The Edge.

Kristi Provencio was a pleasure to work with on the sale of this property. She was knowledge in the marketed area and worked diligently to price this house properly so it would sell quickly. Kristi Provencio was available to me at all hours and made me feel less is I was her only client. Not being in town when the house was on the Market, Kristi kept me informed regularly and managed issues as they arose. I would recommend Kristi Provencio without reservation.
