Kristin was excellent in all aspects of our house purchase. She was always available and responded very quickly even outside of normal business hours. Very friendly and professional. She recommended the lender we ended up using and they were great as well! The seller's agent was less than ideal for responsiveness and attitude throughout the process and Kristin had to go above and beyond in dealing with her. But she did so willingly and kept on the seller's agent until she got a response. The title company the seller chose was also not great, but Kristin helped us navigate through the issues with them. We are new to Columbus and Ohio and Kristin has been great with giving us info and recommendations outside of the home buying process. She was recommended by the CEO of the organization my wife is now working for which we considered high praise and we would certainly recommend her without hesitation. She makes you feel like you are the only one she is working with, stayed on top of everything, provided timely updates and in the end got the deal done and made sure the seller performed all items agreed to in our contract. In a sellers’ market you need your agent to 'fight' for you and that is what she did and she got the job done! Excellent in all aspects of representing us as buyers and guiding us through the process!

Kristin was our realtor when we sold our home in Clintonville and working with her throughout the process was a wonderful experience.
