Beyond that, we genuinely loved every moment we got to spend with her. She was proactive and clear in her communication, incredibly encouraging during the tougher moments, and truly felt like a friend in our corner. She made herself available anytime we had questions, needed to draw up an offer, or had to quickly review the right forms to put together the strongest offer possible, even when it was inconvenient for her. That level of dedication meant so much to us. It also never felt transactional, she wasn’t just trying to close a deal. We were initially worried about having to sell our house on short notice, in the winter, but ended up only being on the market for 2 days with 3 offers, followed by a very smooth closing.
