I felt very listened to throughout the entire process. Her expert knowledge in the home buying process was invaluable in my hunt and buying process. As someone not from the area it was extra important to have someone with local knowledge and Kristen had exactly that. From the very beginning of the process of figuring out my needs to the very end of wrapping up the closing she was by my side giving me the exact support I needed. Kristen was absolutely outstanding and I have already recommended her to my friends and family. If I were to buy or sell again there would be no question to who I would use. It would absolutely be Kristen.

It's hard to find and trust (and actually like) a real agent that will work to ensure that you're in a home that meets your needs. She takes great care in explaining the purchasing process upfront, in understanding needs/wants, flexibility in scheduling appointments, carefully writing up a competitive offer, and the closing tasks. Kristin understood our quick timeline and we only needed to put in one offer to purchase our home which was amazing! Kristin was so friendly, knowledgeable, and cool to work she made the whole process relatively easy in such a tricky market. There are plenty of agents out there but few that match the standard that Kristin sets for her herself and the service that she provides to her clients. Kristin Coburn is an expert in her field. She was our agent, both for buying our new house and selling our old house. She took us to a million showings and helped us find our new place, really getting to know and understand us as people through the process. When it came to selling our old house, every suggestion from her was incredibly helpful. She set high expectations, then exceeded them. She gave us great suggestions of updates and changes to help get a better sale price. She also has a network of people who are similarly great at what they do. You need a cleaner, a handyman, a stager? She knows someone who does great work at a fair price. Our house had multiple offers above asking within 12 hours of listing! Kristin was crucial. She is so knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond in every aspect of the homebuying process. She answered all my questions, and answered questions I didn't even think to have. I felt like she had my back every step of the way, and she was always available if I had questions or concerns. She is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to me, as well as send reminders. I cannot recommend Kristin enough; she is FANTASTIC!!

Our start to house hunting started with a few curveballs that had us on a tight deadline between our lease expiring and finding the perfect house for us. From the start Kristin laid out clear expectations to us and help us to identify exactly what we wanted in our first home. She was always available whenever we had any questions even late at night and on weekends we knew she was always available to answer any questions we might have. When we finally found our perfect house she stayed after our showing and spoke with the selling agents and got us crucial information that allowed us to make the best possible offer on the home.
