We had a little bit of a unique situation in which we already knew which house we wanted, but we had no idea how to go about trying to buy it. Kristin very patiently talked us through the options, and her kindness and knowledge was evident every step of the way. She made the process a breeze by letting us know ahead of time what the steps were, and very kindly walking us through them all, right up until the end. It was such a great experience from start to finish! Who says buying a house is hard? We had a blast!

Working with Kristin Coburn was a great experience. We were traveling back and forth between two states so our schedule was hectic but she was excellent at making sure she was available and accommodating. Buying a house can be a hard decision to make but she was very patient with our indecisiveness. She had an eye for detail that was useful for first time home buyers, catching things we might have overlooked when browsing houses.
