Her knowledge about the area, the history of the apartment, understanding of what I was looking for, and her willingness to let me take my time in looking around was most appreciated. There was no pressure. Kristin continued to be understanding about our needs throughout our move and the sale of our home. She kept us informed of all buyers and inspectors comments and repair needs before sale and made sure that the sale went smoothly, and that there were no major glitches along the way. Should we ever need to move again, I would contact Kristin to help us find a new place.

I took two years to find my perfect house and Kristin was with me every step of the way no matter how many houses I asked to see. Since I had originally lived in another area she was crucial in helping me decide what neighborhood would be ideal for my family. She was there with jokes and support every step of the way.
