Kristin was thoughtful in every detail from suggested repairs to help market the home to its fullest potential down to the timing of placing the home on the market and photos. She marketed and priced the home to its fullest potential and handled all of the fine details making the process super stress free. She is also very smart and knowledgeable on what pricing and profits should be expected and earned on real estate. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Kristin McGrath is the best real estate broker I have used by far. Her dedication, communicative skills, and sales plan make her stand out as the best broker in the area. I have recommended her to friends and I would certainly use her again if needed.

Excellent doesn't cut it. I knew that Kristin was a good realtor. She's my sister in law, and both my mother and father have utilized her services for buying and selling. They raved about her expertise, even when she was brand new in the industry. All of that being said, Kristin blew me away. She far exceeded my already high expectations. She is immensely knowledgeable, extremely communicative, and very timely. She broke everything down for me in ways I could easily understand, and she seemed to anticipate what might make me anxious and came prepared with reassurances every time. The time and effort Kristin put into this is unmatched. She handled each problem, obstacle, roadblock with such apparent ease. She made things easy on/for me, but I'm sure they weren't easy for her! I am confident that if I had worked with someone else, this experience would have been longer, harder, and way more stressful. Kristin is an asset to anyone buying or selling. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kristin McGrath is a seasoned Pro. Genuine, empathic and knows how to represent a buyer. I knew Kristin had our back and did not back down on nailing down the particulars of the offers and final negotiations. Kristin took on our search knowing we were looking for a diamond in the rough and never stopped looking under all the rocks to find us our retirement home. Kristin whom I have never met nor heard is an absolute gem who we grew to apprecaite, respect and consider a friend for life. Krostin McGrath is 100 % the real deal and went ABOVE and BEYOND .... not only with and for us but with her peer agents. The selling agents respected and thought the worked of Kristin McGrath because of her poise and professional approach. Kristin knows her business and her marketplace for sure! in this crazy marketplace Kristin McGrath was an outstanding sounding board and negotiator. She never steered us wrong!
