I am very pleased with Kristin Mcgrath knowledge of the real estate market. Through this process of selling this rental property, she was extremely professional, patient and always available whenever i had any questions. I would highly recommend Kristin Mcgrath to my family and friends.

Kristin was very patient during the whole process from start to finish and she was always willing and able to show us anything we wanted to see. She definitely made the process effortless and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her and Century 21 Topsail.

Kristin was great! She eased all our worries and was very attentive to all are needs and concerns! She was right on top of everything that needed to be completed before the closing so our closing happened right on time! We would highly recommend her to anyone!
