Excellent experience. Kristin, identified my needs, arrangsd showings at all relevent properties, and provided expertise on financial and community considerations. This attention to detail and local knowledge ultimately yielded a quick, painless closing.

Kristin is great! She goes the extra mile, she never has you settle for less then what you want. She pushes and is very attentive! Using her for my next home purchase for sure!

Kristin Mcgrath did an excellent job of keeping us up to date. This was important as we were under a deadline and is why we recommend her.

Kristin is an asset to your company! She is a true professional and outgoing to please her clients! I would highly recommend Kristen to friend and family! I've also comment on Facebook to recommendations for a realtor Kristin is the person they want to deal with! No worries and everything went smoothly! I closed within a month! Couldn't be happier with this experience with Kristin

Kristen was great. Would recommend to anyone

I think my overall statement say it all. JOB WELL DONE Kristin.

Kristin made purchasing a home in Rhode Island easy for us. We were from out of state and she led us through the entire process. She is very knoweldgeable of the market and took the time to understnad what we were looking for so we didn't have to waste time on properties that did not fit our needs. In a difficult buyers market, Krisitn was patient and was always available to answer quesitons and was there when we needed her. Krisitn was our eyes and ears in RI when we were not available. Krisitn is a real pleasure as a person and as an agent. We would highly recomend Kristin.

Kristen made the house hunting process, laid back and I always felt very comfortable with her input and opinions on all the properties we looked at, as well as made sure I understood everything I was doing. Even while I was on vacation was able to look at properties I was interested in and get me videos or pictures of what I needed to see. She made the progress so enjoyable i can't wait to purchase another property with her
