We called Kristy once to go look at a house. I realized that house wasn’t for us. After explaining to her what we were looking for she took us to the house that was exactly what we wanted!! She sold our in a few weeks and she made the whole process so easy! She is genuine, trustworthy and very hardworking! We would recommend her to everyone!

We moved to Chillicothe, MO as part of a relocation for my husband's job. We had very little knowledge of the area and community. Thank goodness we had Kristy Lauhoff to save the day!! We spent one afternoon with her, looking at homes, and learning the area. We wrote an offer, and Kristy took it from there, as we were out of state until the day of closing. She helped with EVERYTHING .... inspections, appraisal, and directing us to service providers. Kristy has been there for us after closing as well, helping find contractors, and even helping with hair salons! Thank you Kristy for all that you have done for our family, and we look forward to seeing you in town!

Kristy and the Centry 21 Team Elite are an amazing team! Kristy know exactly what our needs and wants were in a home/property and found exactly that. We were contracted withing a day of our showing. Plus, soon after closing, Kristy and the century 21 Team Elite sent out "Welcome to the Neighborhood" post cards to all our new neighbors in the surrounding area! So nice! We recommend Kristy and the Century 21 Team Elite for all your home/property buying and selling needs!Thank you Kristy Lauhoff for finding us our forever home, we love it!!!

We highly recommend Kristy Lauhoff! From beginning to end, she made selling our house easy! She answered any questions we had promptly, and kept us informed at all times.
