Hello Krystale is a great realtor. Talked to her on Friday about the house and why I needed to sale it. Meet her on Saturday Morning showed her the house and talked prices. Sunday it was up for sale. Monday it sold. Closed on Monday. Had to 2 realtors before her that was horrible. First didn’t return calls or emails. Second one wanted me to put more money in the house. If I buy another house or sale this home she will be the first one I call.
