From the very beginning of this process that took about 9 months Krystle was incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped steer us through the entire process. What can I say about Krystle. I think it starts with her smile and personality. It's infectious and contagious and fills the room she's welcoming and warming and very alert she listen to everything that I had to say about looking for a home and what was the right fit for me with very limited options she was able to pull good choices in and around the area that I was looking. Krystle was always prepared had lots of facts and was extremely professional. She made buying a house a true enjoyable experience. But the thing that is truly set her apart in my opinion from other real estate agents was for commitment to ensuring that I had the best possible homeowner experience. Immediately after moving in we found at the home that we purchased was full of clutter old food unused an unwanted trash items rodent feces other various unfortunate surprise Krystle immediately reacted offering to get a cleaning service out there the very next possible day. But when the dryer shorted out that very night I had to email Krystle for help with our home warranty Krystle came over and met her husband and electrician and while I was running errands with my family fixed all of our electrical issues replace the plug and cleaned out our dirty cabinets. Krystle went so far above and beyond my expectations as a client I will tell every person I meet and know about this heartwarming experience she's excellent representative of your company's standards
