When viewing homes, Kyle was very insightful and knowledgeable about home utility functions, construction concerns, and features or modifications that we would not have known about without him. He pointed out and taught us about red flags to watch out for and what good things to take note of. Once we finally won a bid on a house, Kyle was there every step of the way to help with paper work and who to contact to get everything done. He made the process from start to finish as painless as possible!
