I received a call from Lani who offered to assist us if we had any interest in other properties. Over the next few months Lani kept in contact and she answered many questions. We sold our homes and arrived in Prescott a couple months ago to search for a home. During our search Lani kept in close contact, she answered calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. There were times I would ask her questions late in the evening and weekends, she always responded. We or I am not the easiest person to satisfy, we found ourselves becoming very frustrated with the area and our selections based on our needs.
