We met her at an open house, started talking with her and made a connection. Lani kept in touch with us, and she was the first agent we thought of when we saw a property we were interested in. She took care of even the tiniest details and was very thoughtful, attentive and considerate. We would call Lani again with for any real estate business, and she has made herself accessible to us even after the close of escrow, which we really appreciate! We could tell that Lani always had our best interests in mind.

Lani was wonderful to work with. In August, we met her at an open house and we felt she would be a perfect fit for us. She was originally from a similar area to us, so she knew exactly what we were trying to get away from and what we were looking for in our move. In the short time we spoke, we had an instant connection with her, she's an extremely kind person and was very easy to talk to. We were moving from out of state and Lani went above and beyond to make our buying experience easy and comfortable. Being that we couldn't always see homes in person when they first went on the market, Lani would send us video walk throughs of every home; in the videos, she would give honest feedback about the home. I always felt comfortable with Lani, it was never about selling us something, it was always about finding us the right home. If there were ever questions we had and Lani didn't have an answer to, she would make sure to get us an answer. There was one instance about the value of an RV garage, the answer she received from other agents didn't seem correct to her, so she went as far as calling an appraiser to get a more informed answer. Lani, was also very flexible with our schedules, if we were coming into town last minute, she made sure to give us an entire day or however long we were there to show us homes. I was in constant contact with Lani throughout the home buying process, and questions I had, I would call or text her and she would respond in a very timely manner. Another thing that was very helpful, Lani would make phone calls to specialists and set up appoints to meet with certain people since we were not available to meet them. I would absolutely recommend Lani to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She gave us so much information about the area and schools, places to eat and shop. When we purchased our home, she even gave our son a gift, it was very sweet. You are in very good hands working with Lani. My parents are also relocating to the area, and have met with Lani and they are looking forward to working with her in the near future.

Since my wife and I had little knowledge of Prescott, we relied heavily on Lani for her local knowledge and experience. She was always happy to go the extra mile (e.g. asking around for a dog sitter), which was invaluable.
