He also was always available when I had questions and went above and beyond when I had additional questions related to moving my business. I really enjoyed working with Larry Dietl as my buyers agent. He was very informative and always willing to take my calls and answer any questions I had. He took the time to find out what I was looking for, knew my price range, set me up on a program that would send me automatic updates for anything new coming on the market within a specific price range and location area. He was always willing to schedule showings of properties I was interested in seeing, gave me his honest opinion about the listing's and whether there were concerns I should be wary of. He did not try to pressure me into buying something I was not comfortable with and when I was ready to buy, he negotiated the contract quickly and with my needs and interests as a priority. He was very polite and professional throughout the time I worked with him, which was several months. From the first house viewing to my final purchase, I felt he was always looking out for what was important to me and what was in my best interests.
