Larry Houston

Larry was straightforward and I felt comfortable that he was dedicated to doing his best to meet our needs Larry was a true professional in all aspects

Larry has helped me for about three years now to find my perfect first home. He has been patient, kind, and understanding of my needs for my family. He’s not pushy or make you rush into decisions. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the house you’re looking at he will continuously look for a house you can call a home. It was a pleasure having him as a agent. - Aaron

We had been considering a move to either New Bern or the areas along the Crystal Coast for quite some time before reaching out to a local realtor to help with our search. We first met Larry Houston at the office where he presented an overview of the areas and discussed our specific criteria. We felt comfortable with his approach to finding the right property so we continued to work with him until we found our new home. It turned out to be one of the best buying experiences we've ever had thanks to Larry's patience, generosity with his time and professional approach. He was an invaluable resource for us and a calm, steady guide during our home search. We would recommend him and Cherry Houston without hesitation.
