Larry James

From search to close, Larry was there to answer questions, give direction and experience. He asked questions I hadn't considered and had knowledge on pricing and expectations around the area. He helped smooth the process not only in finding our home, but with recommendations for services we needed during and after closing. Everything felt genuine and at no point did I feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I had a lot of questions being a first time homebuyer and each one was met with patience and understanding. Would both recommend to friends and family, as well as use again.

Larry met and exceeded all expectations.

I can't express how grateful I am for Larry James, he did a great job at working for me the seller. Which i dealt with 2 other agents prior to Larry. I felt the other agents where there for the buyers only. I would Highly recommend Larry James to help with your housing purchase or sell.
