This was our first time buying a home through a realtor. Larry was great from the first time we met. Larry was always willing to work with our schedule. He was very kind and always was available to answer any questions we had. He was a very genuine person and it was great to get to know him through this process. Not only was he our realtor but now we consider him a friend. I would recommend him to anyone and have much appreciation for working with us.

Larry knew everything about our property, house and subdivision. He is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave very helpful advises. He is very accessible, answers phone, text and emails instantly! Larry set the benchmark for the next realtor on our next buy/sell of house/property.
