Larry was great to work with on purchasing my new home. There were many times over the course of 6 months where he had to struggle with the builder's team to get answers and he didn't mind going to the top of the chain to get them either. I would definitely recommend Larry to other's looking to purchase or sell their homes.

Buying and selling property concurrently is very stressful and tiring. I know it takes a lot of knowledge and experience to make it happen smoothly, yet that is exactly what Larry did. I will forever be thankful of him.

It didn't matter how simple my questions were, Larry made me feel I could call him at any time, day or night. When I did call, my concerns became Larry's number one priority and he saw it through until resolution. I most appreciated Larry's words of encouragement and solace when the stresses became apparent.

Larry has great local knowledge and had a good understanding of what I was looking for. This helped a lot in finding a suitable home. I had previously dealt with a couple of agents who were from out of town, and they were not helpful in finding what I was looking for, either because they didn't understand what my needs, or because they lacked familiarity with the local market. I would definitely recommend Larry if you're shopping in the Franklin Co area, he may be familiar with other areas as well, but he has great insight into Franklin Co.

Larry was the best! We started a few months ago house hunting with no idea of what would work for us. Larry continuously took us to see houses weekend after weekend. He was always kind and always searching for houses for us. We finally found our first home and we couldn't have done it without Larry!!

I am new to the Frankfort area. Larry came highly recommended by several people. Larry was excellent and did not disappoint. I would also highly recommend him to others. I have dealt with several realtors over the past 20 years and by far Larry Moore is the best. Larry was very quick and diligent with getting paperwork signed. Kept constant open communication. Was always available to answer any questions I had.

Larry was professional, respectful, and quick to respond. I highly recommend working with him.
