Larry was wonderful working with, he was always there for us.

It's said that selling a home is stressful. My experience working with Larry was the exact opposite. Larry worked 24/7 to make the selling of my home virtually painless. I will highly recommend Larry Moore and Century 21 Simpson & Associates to anyone looking for Real Estate professionals that get the job done.

Larry has sold 2 houses for me and both experiences have been quick and painless. He is always available and willing to help with anything I might need. I have recommended Larry to friends who also had a great experience. He's the guy to go to!

I think I have pretty much said it all - He responded quickly and efficiently and knowledgebly to all questions and situations that arose. He was able to ease any concerns I may have had about the property. Actually, I was conducting a search and saw the house for sale and was interested and saw he was listed as agent and had heard of him and seen his info in local newspaper and I texted him and he responded right away - I had also heard good things about Simpson & Assoc., and now I know why - most everyone I have met here from Harlan Co. have been so nice! They know how to treat people and hire folks who also know how to treat people. I do not believe they would tolerate anyone who was rude in their employment. Larry Moore was on top of it from the very beginning. I have never had such a fast response and follow-up to every question or situation. Otherwise, how could we have achieved such a quick closing - The owners were cooperative and it was obvious what can be achieved when you work with good people on all sides. As soon as Larry could get the responses from the sellers or the attorney or a plumber, then I got my response. It was pretty amazing how quickly and efficiently things went and I was very pleased with the whole process. Many thanks to Larry Moore and Simpson & Associates!

Larry made the entire process comfortable and easier than imagined. Always kept us updated and gave great guidance. Highly recommend!

We know Larry as a friend and he was our only choice for a realtor when we entered the home-buying market. It was a rough road, given the tight housing market, but Larry guided us through with great care. Not only is Larry a great friend, but a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend him, he expertly navigates this tough housing market with great care, patience, knowledge and expertise. Thank you, Larry, for all your hard work getting us into our home!
