Being able to know he has been successful selling houses in this area as well as knowing he was honest was vital. There is no doubt that Larry gives 100% effort. I know he had other clients he was working with but always made us feel like we were his priority. He was quick to help us with any problems that needed to be resolved and had plenty of resources to assist.

Larry is great! He is very attentive as if we were his only clients which of course was not the case. He is trustworthy and understands that buying a new home can be stressful. He was there every step of the way. We looked at a lot of homes and Larry was very patient with us through that process. He has a clear understanding of the market and the knowledge of the surrounding counties. He was very helpful with finding solutions to problems and issues that arose during the process. He was available and willing to go view homes 7 days a week. There is no doubt I would go back with him in the future for my real estate needs.

Larry was wonderful to deal with. Some last minute issues came up with the buyers and Larry was there helping us work though it. He made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. Larry was there to answer any questions we had and always responded quickly. That was much appreciated. This is the second time I have used Century 21 and it was a great experience. Due to the inventory of houses being very low, a realtor helped to know about the inventory before houses were sold. Unfortunately, the real-estate website(s) have the homes listed for sale, and it was already too late. Larry was instrumental in searching the inventory first hand rather than after the fact. His attention to detail took into consideration my needs, timeframe, and budget. He also understood the urgency of finding a location within my budget as the housing market excelled in prices rapidly.
