I met Larry socially and we developed a quick rapport. Larry is a hands-on guy and was involved all the way through the buying process with a great support team (Beth) when needed. Everything worked out and everybody was very reasonable and understanding. It's always tough to deal with people when selling property, but Larry and his assistant, Beth were great!!!
