Larry is the broker who gets it done. He truly is exceptional. He generated multiple offers for us after we had a 6-month contract with another broker and absolutely no offers. Larry appreciated the uniqueness of our property and our personal situation and bent over backwards to accommodate. He also made sure that all potential buyers were prequalified so we won't have to stage and vacate the house for "tire-kickers".
