As I mentioned before, there was never any doubt that Mr. Susong was acting in my best interests. Even when I had to put my home buying process on hold for a year, He was ready to pick back up where we left off once I was ready to buy. I always felt like I was his priority, even though I'm sure he had many other clients to deal with. When the appraisal came back lower than we expected, Kent (Larry) was very informative when explaining all the options we had, and his advice was sound. I'd recommend his services to anyone, regardless of whether they're a friend or not. Thanks so much!

Although, I had never met Larry before, after meeting him I felt as if I had known him for years. He has an amazing personality. Even my teenage son was impressed by him.

Kent Susong is an amazing agent. I was so overwhelmed with the homebuying process; but he made it smooth and easy to understand. He was always available to answer questions and to give advice. He got me $10000 off the asking price for my home. I would recommend Kent to my family and friends! If you want a great real estate experience, chose Kent Susong! He'll get you everything you want and more!

I wanted a broker that knew the area, knew what it took to show the home well and mostly importantly, listened Kent worked several details for me, as I was out of state. I was impressed that he didn't waste time on items prospective buyers didn't focus on. His marketing was on target

Kent is what we would envision a true realtor to be. Always in contact with us every step of the way, helpful with providing advice and ideas regarding houses we were looking at, and working with other realtor. Kent was respectable, dependable, and above all an executioner; always had a solution at the ready at times we were unsure! We would definitely come back to Kent as our realtor.

Kent Susong is the perfect realtor, was extremely easy to work with and was there 100% of the way. There were many times other people fell behind, but Kent was there to find a way to bring things back into focus. He made a lot of great points when looking at other homes, and how to approach the sale of our home. He was down to earth and very giving when considering our expectations and working with the buyers of our home. Kent is definitely the one we will go back to if we ever need to buy or sell in the future. From my wife and I, and our children, thank you Kent! Now, we have to get back to feeding those squirrels.

The agent did a very professional job throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable of the property and the area. Great personality.

Larry made the process easy for us, he really is a great person.
