My husband and I were first-time home buyers and had strong ideas of what we wanted in our first home. Laura Benson was recommended to us by a friend and she was very easy to work with. She was very patient and tried to narrow her search of houses for us to things that we told her were important to us, including commuting distance. Every time we asked to meet to look at houses she was always available and willing to take time with us at each house. At one point we entertained the idea of building and she went with us to discuss with the builders and kept our best interest in mind during the process. She didn't try to persuade us to go one way or another, but instead kept checking in with us to see how we felt about building versus buying. In the end, Laura ended up helping us find the perfect first home!
