As a local Tri-Stater herself, Laura Benson is an incredible resource to have in your pocket. When faced with a tough, aggressive, and stingy seller/seller's agent, Laura kept her cool, didn't put up with the car salesman tactics, and relayed all information to me, using terms I could understand, and kept me informed and up to date throughout the entire process. Laura kept it real with me at all times, and this is something I value most. As a first time home buyer about to turn 30, I had no idea what I was doing. Laura did not take advantage of this, and instead, took the time to respectfully educate me on the home buying process. I learned so much and can take what I've learned and apply this knowledge if I decide to buy again someday. This economy and market are crazy, and Laura handles it like the professional she's trained to be. She was always available to text and answered all of my questions without judgement. She treated me with absolute respect and courtesy and I never once felt judged for being myself or for why I wanted to live somewhere or what homes I liked. She does not judge your budget or financial situation. She has resources and "knows people" and life is all about who you know, like her recommended home inspectors are top notch and saved me literally thousands of dollars. I can't recommend Laura enough, especially if you're a first time home buyer and you have no idea where to begin! Laura will take care of you!

Laura Benson is the best realtor my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. She was extremely professional, patient, responsive, and hardworking. She maximized the sale of our house and coached us on making the correct offer to purchase our new home. I would (and have) recommend Laura to anyone searching in Cincy/NKY.

I would highly recommend Laura, especially for first time home buyers like me. She was friendly, professional, and extremely responsive. I had a lot of questions and she helped me through the entire process of buying my dream condo. I was never stressed at any point because I knew she had my best interests at heart and was always available to help.

Laura is extremely personable and well informed about the market. She does her research and comes prepared to every meeting. She is outstanding at keeping you informed at every step of a sale. I would definitely recommend that Laura Benson sell your home!

Laura was extremely patient and very understanding of my unique situation of recently moving back home to the area while dealing with sensitive family issues. She was very understanding and resourceful in regards to providing knowledge and history about the area. Laura is an excellent realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in finding their dream home as she did for me.

We feel very fortunate to meet Laura. She's very personable but professional. Great experience and knowledge. We really enjoyed working with her. I would definitely work with Laura again.

Very hardworking and knowledgeable. Willing to do whatever was necessary to get the house sold. Loved working with her.

Laura was fantastic. Will 100% recommend her to any family/friends needing a realtor. She was available anytime we had questions or concerns. She replied quickly to messages which is important to my husband and me.

My sister worked with Laura and had a fantastic experience- she recommended Laura to me, and I'm glad she did. From our initial phone call to the final signature, Laura was helpful, professional, available, and very easy to work with. She has my highest recommendation.

She was great, really cared about helping us and covered not only her responsibilities but even the lenders when he would fall short of expectations
