She ensured I received all documentation needed and explained step by step. She went to my home before every showing to open the curtains, turned on the lights and made sure it was near. Laura Cox is an awesome Realtor. At our initial meeting, Laura went into action. She gave us a list of items that we needed to complete. But more importantly, Laura immediately began staging our home. Everyday for a week or so, I would see other items placed throughout our home that helped bring to life an "empty" home to a cheerful, "homey" place that anyone could envision living there. Our outside pool area was also enhanced when Laura delivered her own personal lawn furniture with umbrella which also made this area into an awesome oasis! When repairs and painting were completed (1.5 weeks), Laura held an open house. There was non-stop traffic. Laura mentioned there was not a spare minute. With all the stars aligned properly -- price, location, house appeal, etc. -- there was a prospective buyer amongst the "lookers" on that first open house. The second phase, contract negotiation, was also conducted superbly. Laura assisted with the countering and provided excellent counseling. Having other possible offers provided us with good leverage on settling on a price. Through it all, Laura was constantly providing us with updates. We were never in the dark about what was happening. Technology, in the form of texting, was our method to keep in tough. Laura and I were known to text all times of the day and night! I cannot say enough about Laura!
