Laura works. She is not a hobby agent. Available to answer questions she has answered 100 times and with patience. If I called she either answered or returned call promptly. I'm not a "flipper" so have only purchased maybe three properties over a lifetime. Laura guided the process smoothly. This was a VA Loan with damaged credit but she helped me get exactly what I wanted. Very happy.
