Laura was a rockstar realtor for me and my husband! We worked with her to purchase our first home and had a great experience. She is knowledgeable about the areas that we were interested in, and had a lot of good insight into home types, neighborhoods, and things to consider when house hunting. She also gave us the recommendation for our mortgage loan, and we were able to lock in a great deal by working with her suggested loan agency. While we were in contract with our seller, there were quite a few bumps in the road, but Laura was able to communicate incredibly well and ended up saving our deal that was almost cancelled. If it wasn't for her negotiation skills our deal would've fallen through, but she saved it! I would 100% recommend Laura to friends and family, and we will definitely be using her for our next buy/sell.

We can’t recommend Laura enough! We’ve known her for years as both our neighbor and our friend, and we’d always heard amazing things about her from people all over Columbus. My father in law also used Laura before we did, and his experience was just as smooth as ours. Even with all of that, she still exceeded our expectations. Selling a home is stressful, especially when you’re moving across the country, but Laura made the whole process so much easier. She was always available to answer our million questions, no matter how big or small, and she handled everything with so much professionalism, confidence, and patience. Whenever we started to panic, she was there to talk us through it and reassure us that everything would work out. Laura truly went above and beyond to get our house sold quickly and for the price we wanted. What really sets her apart, though, is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. You never feel like you’re just another transaction. She treats you like famil

Laura Listebarger is the best agent ,Dedicated, and hardworking I ever work with thank you so much for your hardworking

Laura was very helpful in the successful sale of my house. From the first meeting with her to the close she was very supportive and always there for questions when they arose. She should be the "go-to" agent for all your needs.

I have known Laura Listebarger for over 20 years and from the moment we met I could see the drive, care, ambition and enthusiasm to do whatever the job or task she was tackling and perform it to the best of her abilities. She is also someone who is willing to look back at it after and constantly wants to improve her performance. I am a long time friend and now a 2 time real estate client and she has exceeded my expectations on both transactions. The first sale had multiple offers within hours of the property being listed and sold for full price. In Laura fashion, the second sale had a bidding war on the first day and she negotiated the process and sold it for $25,000 more than asking price, improving on her performance from the first sale. Her ability to listen to the client, advertise, negotiate and be on my team through closing was the ultimate compliment of the sale. If you want a performance proven teammate to represent you, look no further for the best of the best, She is #1.

There is not a high enough rating for how I feel about Laura. She was so kind, helpful and professional through the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions along the way.I know I would not have gotten the house I purchased without her expertise. She was amazing. She had so many wonderful ideas for staging my home and getting ready for sale. And then we were in contract in a day and a half for over asking price! I love her!

We can’t recommend Laura Listebarger highly enough! She helped us sell our home and buy a new one, making the entire process seamless. Her knowledge of the local market, pricing, timing, and preparation was invaluable. She connected us with trusted professionals to get our home show-ready, and thanks to her expertise, it sold in just two days for $21,000 over asking price. On the buying side, she was with us every step of the way, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping us spot important details. What truly sets Laura apart is her dedication, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to her clients. She consistently went above and beyond to make a potentially stressful process feel manageable and exciting. Her negotiations skills are phenomenal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthy realtor who is a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend Laura. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family.

Laura is an exceptional real estate professional who provided outstanding support throughout the entire selling process. Her market knowledge, professionalism, and strategic guidance were invaluable from start to finish. She was always responsive, kept us informed at every stage, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Laura handled showings, negotiations, and the overall process with great attention to detail and expertise. We truly appreciated her dedication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. We would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to sell a home in Ohio.

Laura did a great job. She set realistic expectation. Did some staging that helped and communicated with m3 at every stage. Very accessible. She knew the market and listed the property higher than I expected and sold it in 13 days. She did a great job and I would hire her again in a second.

Laura did a fantastic job getting our home sold! We were in contract within 3 days after it sat for sale all last fall with an agent that was a close friend. We knew we needed a change and Laura was it! We are grateful for her expertise and guidance during the whole process!
