Laura was terrific to work with. As an out of town buyer, she helped orient me to neighborhoods in a first visit and prioritize our list of needs and wants. On our second visit, she told us to "lace up our sneakers" because we would run all day if necessary until we found our house. We ended up making an offer the next morning. She was honest in her assessment of values and neighborhoods and didn't push. She shared contacts for a variety of services -- and never steered us wrong. On our closing day, we ran into some unexpected bumps (such as arriving for our closing inspection to find the sellers still in residence!). She made calls and advocated for us throughout the day. Although it took longer to close that day than any of us had planned, it got done thanks in a large part to Laura. I cannot imagine moving from the home she helped us find, but if we did, she would be my first call.
