Once the property was identified as one of interest, Lauren completed the contract and helped develop a winning strategy for being selected in a competitive multiple offer purchase. Once the contract was accepted, her team put together a time line of critical dates to help us manage the process leading up to the closing. Lauren went through the closing statement w/ me and had the escrow officer correct several issues relative to the prorations. Have used other agents in the past but after my experience w/ Lauren's team I have no intentions of ever using anyone else.

Lauren bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every decision. Not only that, she had to listen to my sons "suggestions" and everyone else who had to put in their 2 cents worth. That was not easy! But she listened patiently, provided sound reasoning, and got us all through the process. And we were all happy! She is amazing and I appreciate her maturity and good judgement through it all. She asked me to trust her, and her skill set, and I'm glad I did. It made the whole process easy.
