The Lauren Ashely team; Traci Chapa in particular was amazing throughout our whole home buying process. When we started out the process we were looking at re-sales, Traci was extremely available and aggressive in the market at that time. When the re-sale market didn't pan out for us, we transitioned in to new builds where Traci was able to give us a ton of options in our desired area. Traci worked with our busy schedule and was able to look at homes when we needed to. All the way up to closing, inspections and final walk through Traci was there and we were able to get sound advice. We truly gained a friend and someone we will trust with all our future home buying and selling transactions. All of the referrals from their office were amazing; home inspectors, insurance and their relocation team were all top notch. I can never thank Lauren enough for her help. Regarding my home sale, I had a very difficult personal situation due to a pending divorce, and she was understanding, helpful, and she is so quick to respond to communications all the time, which I really appreciate. I never felt rushed when speaking to her on the phone, despite the fact that I know she's very busy and has many clients to manage. I never felt like a number or just someone who she was going to make money off of. I got her full attention anytime I needed it, and she made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. It may sound like an exaggeration, but there's no amount of stars or a score high enough for me to give her. I legitimately felt like she was a friend throughout the whole ordeal - but I want to be clear - her knowledge of the market, the process, her professionalism, and her ability to communicate was every bit as impressive as the personal touch she put on our transaction.
