We were new to the whole process of buying a home. Laurie explained all of the little nuances of home buying very clearly and simply so that we could understand exactly what we were getting into. Laurie Carlson was super impressive with every single aspect of the sale. Incredibly savvy and excellent negotiation skills. I didn’t realize how many aspects of selling a home require superb negotiation skills... it’s not just the price of the home, it’s the contingencies, the escrow timeline, having solid back up offers, etc. She constantly was accurately gaging the buyers and getting every little incentive for us... even little things like how she negotiated the sale of our appliances on the last day of escrow and got us a great price. She was kind and patient as this was the first time we’ve ever sold a house and it was emotionally difficult for us. Laurie is a woman of integrity and honesty that we could trust completely. We were blown away by how she navigated the sale of our home especially when it became very difficult with extenuating circumstances.
