Laurie is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She kept us on track and was very accessible. We felt very well represented. Her experience in the building was key. We would recommend Laurie to anyone who is looking to buy in the area.

Always a pleasure to work with, Laurie is the best !!!!!

I have worked with Laurie Devereaux multiple times. She has always put my interests first. This purchase was the result of her finding me an off market property at a great price. She's the best!

You’re amazing, seriously! Thank you for the way you are with us, always so professional but also so easy to work with. It really shows in the business we do with Laurie, and I honestly feel so happy and grateful to work with you. We truly appreciate you! 😊

Laurie is always amazing to work with. She is always available and quickly answered all of the qustioned we had for her. She also really pushed the sale through for us and made sure all of the small details were in line for a swift closing.

Laurie was fabulous. I asked her for her professional opinion on what to focus on and what not to bother with and within under 72 hours we were under an agreement. She is super with so much knowledge and understanding of the market and a huge contact base. She is very professional and doesn't judge. Highly recommend her.

I had never bought a home before and Laurie held my hand and took care of everything. She had a planned vacation and called me almost every day from her vacation. (Who does that) Laurie does!!! I had some unusual things happen and Laurie never panicked like me and handled everything like it happend everyday. What a professional!! I can't thank her enough for all she did for me.

Laurie is the best! She has been so helpfully in our home-buying process and she made the stressful time a little easier for my wife and me. She was available at pretty much all hours of the day and would re-arrange her schedule to accomodate us. I can't recommond her as a realtor enough!

My name is Vito Aluia. I assisted Richard Delliago in purchasing the Condo. The moment we met Laurie Devereaux, Mr Delliago knew the transaction would go smoothly. From the moment arrived, Ms Devereaux she was very pleasant. She showed us around the Condo. She was very meticulous in describing the areas. We found her to be very pleasant, and quite knowledgeable. From the moment Mr Delliago made an offer to the purchasing the Property, Ms Devereaux kept us closely informed. It was such a pleasure to work with her. As a matter of fact, Mr. Delliago is now using Ms Devereauz to sell the Condo he is moving out of. Both I and Mr. Delliago will recommend Ms Devereaus to family and friends.
