Laurie Devereaux is very good at what she does. I would highly recommend her. She has been a broker for a long time and it shows. if you are a experienced buyer/seller or not, she is very helpful. When i let her know i was interested in buying she started working as soon as possible searching for my needs.

Once I decided to sll my condominium, Laurie marketed the open house and I had several offers - over asking price - before midnight of the open house day. There were extenduating circumstances with the sale/purchase of my property that could have resulting in a cease and desist of all transactions, which would have been devastating to all involved. Throughout this trying time, Laurie kept calm, kept me calm, handled as much as she could directly with the attorney and other realtors and my daughter to alleviate stress on my end. She would call me just to call to see how I was holding up, reassuring me everything would be resolved and everyone could move forward.
