Lavada is a fireball of action and knowledge. We trusted her 100% and she helped us find our dream home. When we thought we liked a home online, she gave us the backstory of why it wasn't right for us and directed us to new properties that were in line with our vision. Every single one of the vendors in her network has been responsive and reasonable. We loved working with her.

She always went out of her way to solve any problems. Always looks and dressed professionally. Made me feel comfortable with all my choices. Her advice was always on the mark. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves and help me out.

She's the best always.

The listing went up on a Friday. I contacted Lavada late in the afternoon that Saturday and she started my contract immediately and the rest was history!!!! Lavada made this deal as easy as easy can get and she never hesitated to answer my questions no matter what time it was. I highly recommend Lavada!!!

Lavada is a true professional. Available at any time for assistance or to answer questions. Knowledgeable, caring and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Thank you Lavada!

Lavada was amazing! She promptly got appointments to view houses when we asked. She fought for us when we submitted our offers. She found answers for us when we had questions about a foundation repair on the home we wanted to buy. She also made sure the warranty for this repair was transferred to our name after the sale. Every step of our home buying experience was so much easier thanks to Lavada! She truly understands it's "all in the details"! We love Lavada!! She knows the business inside and out and never loses sight of what her customer wants/needs. We love Lavada!!! She is

I have been in the mortgage lending business for over 27 years and Lavavda is hands down one of the best Realtors I have ever worked with. Because I handled most of my search remotely, it was important that I worked with a local expert who could be my eyes on the ground. Lavada's input, opinions and advice were invaluable in getting my deal to the closing table. In working with Lavada, you can be sure you are working with an expert who cares about you!
