In today's world communication is key. Lavada is not only an excellent communicator, but she is timely and a super hard worker. No question of ours ever seemed dumb or annoying to her. Being newer to the area, it was nice to have her guidance with deciding what areas we might like or might not like. She has a good understanding of construction and helped us look at houses with a more critical eye, picking up on things we might have missed. We couldn't recommend her more. We've bought and sold seven houses in our life and she is by far the best realtor we ever had. Hopefully this is our last house, but if it's not, I wouldn't use anyone else and will refer her to anyone who needs an excellent realtor.

Lavada invested a huge amount of time and effort in helping us purchase a home in the Pensacola area. We had been looking for about a year and a half. The first few months on our own getting an idea of the area and prices. Then our daughter recommended Lavada as they had recently purchased a home through her. Her knowledge of the area near Pensacola, the overall market, how to best present an offer that is going to lead to a successful on time closing. We looked at least 50 properties as I'm a pretty picky purchaser. Not once did she wavier in any way, allowing us to locate and acquire an excellent property with an excellent location.
