Lavada took such good care of me. Through all my anxiety of selling a house during a hurricane she NEVER was concerned. Lavada was paramount in getting all repairs to the house accomplished within days. It sold within a week. My advise, if you don’t go with Lavada you just screwed up..... My first time to sell a house. It was our first and only house since 1986. For me after loosing my wife the second most dramatic event in my life. In my opinion Nobody else could’ve been more reassuring than Lavada. I can’t say enough about how much she save my ass. As much as I hated to sell the house I needed to.
