As a Realtor myself it was very important to have someone that was on top of their game. Lavada went above and beyond and she exceed my expectations. She is a top notch Realtor. She did a great job and would definitely recommend her.

Excellent experience from inquiry to purchase!

Lavada Burroughs-Mcintyre is our "go to" when purchasing or selling a home! She is fantastic and makes the process super easy. The sale of our house was less than 24 hours!

I was relocating with my job and needed to sell my house quickly. Lavada knew just what was needed to make it happen. I had several showings scheduled the first day on the market. I had a couple of legit offers within 2 days. Lavada listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Realtor in the area.

Lavada is a hard working agent and she will go above and beyond to find the right house for you! Lavada’s ability to find flaws or would be deal breakers while we were narrowing down houses was very impressive. She did not sugar coat anything and always gave her honest opinion. If you want a realtor who won’t mislead, lie or misinform you then Lavada is the right realtor for you!
