She also provided valuable support throughout the entire purchase process, including coordinating repairs and helping us explore insurance coverage options.

Lavada was always available for any questions/concerns we had. Because she took the time to get to know us, she would be able to tell us if a house we were considering was a good fit or not, saving us time. She was always fair and gave the pros and cons of all the houses. She was always willing to show us a house, and was always flexible to work with our schedule. We will absolutely recommend her and use her again if we buy a house.

Lavada helped me purchase my first house in several years. I'm in real estate lending and I thought maybe I didn't need a realtor and could do it myself, but boy did she prove to me the value of a realtor. She did so much for me and got me such a better deal than I would have gotten without her. She literally got the sellers to pay for everything. She helped me get the exact house that I wanted and provided a ton of great advice and kept me going strong through everything. Looking back I could not have done this without her.
