Lavada was knowledgeable and accessible during the entire process of purchasing our house.

Lavada was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone in the Pensacola area!

Lavada helped me purchase my first home and I genuinely didn't know if it was attainable before we met, but she put my mind at ease and walked me through every step of the process in a way that made it easy to understand and navigate.

I truly had the best experience working with Lavada and Jen. As a first time home owner, I was terrified honestly and had so many questions. They answered them with kindness and solid explanations that made me feel much more confident about everything . I had deadlines and they worked with me to make it happen. I am so thankful & I would recommend them again & again!!

Lavada was amazing! We were in a stressful time period and she provided the relief we needed! She was understanding, hard working, communicative at all times, trustworthy, dependable and an absolute advocate for us from start to finish. I would absolutely use her again and have already recommended friends and family!

A true professional who understands and appreciates the ins and outs of real estate transactions and goes the extra mile for the seller. I would willingly use her talents again should the opportunity arise.

Lavada definately checks all the boxes. She knows her business well and adjusts to the needs of her customers. It's important to feel like you are her top priority, has your best interest in mind at all times, and that she is working for you, which she provides all that and more.

Excellent service from first meeting to closed sale. Thank you for everything!

Lavada was excellent!! Communicative and an expert in her field. Shes the Best!

Lavada has been my go to person for all my real estate projects for the last ten plus years. She recently sold my home in Marcus pointe and got every dollar it was worth. She went above and beyond with every aspect of selling the home. Not to mention that she has her husband Winston doing all the updates on the property with an amazing attention to detail. 10 out of 10 service! The best part is that when you call her , she answers her phone every time. Definitely recommend.
