We looked at a few homes before deciding to make an offer. Lavada ensured any and all questions were answered about each home as the questions came up. Additionally, she linked us with contractors who provided quotes for future projects to help us make purchase decisions. Her communication skills and expertise went above and beyond expectation; the best I've experienced in nearly 30yrs of working with real estate. There was a home that we viewed that had some issues. As questions about its history and maintenance arose, she was communicating our concerns to the selling agent. It soon became clear that some the issues of the home did not meet code. She had the knowledge and integrity to not only protect us, but also to educate the selling agent about the infractions in order to protect everyone. Her team routinely conducts training within the industry to share and learn from situations like this to increase her teams knowledge. Five stars in every category.

We first chose Lavada to help us with the purchase of our new construction home. Lavada was always quick to respond to any text, call or email regardless of the time of day or night. She was very familiar with the local builders, their processes, quality,etc. We had to have three walk thrus prior to closing and Lavada and Jenn were there with us each time looking over the list and making sure everything was completed before we signed off. Once we closed , we then had Lavada and Jenn list the house we moved from. Lavada was knowledgeable on the sales and prices in the area and had the house staged, photos taken and on the market quickly. Once we went under contract, Lavada kept us updated and was working behind the scenes getting us to the closing table.
