Lavinia Chudy

We highly recommend Lavinia. She helped us across multiple counties while we searched for a home and was always willing to get us where we needed to be. We found our home by chance one evening, and she jumped in immediately to help us see it and start the process! She was wonderful to work with & our three year old loved her just as much. We’re so thankful for her help, and excited to have her selling our previous home shortly as well. We’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Lavinia has so many great qualities and we very much enjoyed working with her. She is positive, cheerful, professional, responsive, respectful and always goes out of her way to assist however she can. I would absolutely recommend her again and again. Upon our return from living in the south of France Lavinia helped us realize the dream of acquiring our perfect retirement home flawlessly. We are forever grateful.

Lavinia was an excellent help in finding a home in my area. She was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and quickly honed in on what home would be good for me. She helped me find a place I loved very quickly, responded to my questions immediately and worked with my schedule. I would absolutely hire her services again.
