Leanne Cunningham

Very please with the work Leanne did on the sale of our home, her knowledge of the neighborhood and the city was helpful. We ran into some major unexpected headaches when our basement flooded right in the middle of everything, but Leanne Cunningham was absolute gold through the entire process. Trying to navigate the repairs, get the home back on the market, and stay sane was exhausting, but Leanne kept pushing things forward and helped us figure out every next step. She never lost momentum and ultimately got our home sold for a price we were happy with given the circumstances. We couldn't have done it without her!

This is our third time working with Leanne Cunningham and will be so doing again in the near future to market one of our properties.

Leanne Cunningham's knowledge of the market and quality workmanship make her an invaluable asset when looking for the right place.   Leanne was patient with us, and she always put our needs ahead of her just getting a sale. We wouldn't hesitate to utilize Leanne in the future.
