Leanne understood that my family was operating on a budget but still had a certain home criteria that would be acceptable to our needs. This took several months to achieve, but Leanne was always patient and honest during this process. Leanne is excellent at recognizing potential issues when entering a property, and has the best interests of her clients at heart. I was impressed by the pointed questions she asked of the home inspector during the inspection of the property, helping me to feel secure that I would not get any surprises after I took possession. We could not have had a better representative. I personally don't want to work with a pushy salesman type, I want someone who is intelligent, forthright, and will help me achieve finding the right home. That was Leanne. I'm very happy with the home I have right now, but if something should change and I want to find another house it will be Leanne that I call unless she's already won the lottery! Its was our first time to buy a house and my hubby and I not so sure if it's the right time.
