Leanne was awesome! She made our first house buying experience easy and stress-free. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable she is about every aspect of the home buying process and the homes themselves. She was not afraid to point out any concerns/ things she noticed that may seem okay but actually living there might bug you, she had about some of the houses because it is the biggest purchase of your life. When it came time to close on the house she even put things in the purchase agreement we would not have thought of like having the sellers get the carpet professionally cleaned. She was truly there for us and we would recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to buy.

Buying a home for the first time can be a stressful and overwhelming process. As a first time home buyer, Leanne was everything I needed. She was thoughtful and honest, while being friendly and professional. She was readily available and was willing to flex her day to accommodate my changing schedule. Leanne was patient and accommodating. Her knowledge of the home buying process, construction process, and what to look for in properties blew me away.

Leanne Leuschen was great! Very approachable, friendly, and professional. Great for us 1st time home buyers. Was able to meet us at any house at our requested time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Leanne was an excellent help. It was our first house, so there was a big learning curve. She was extremely patient, professional, and understanding. We had to cancel some showings last minute due to an emergency, and she managed to reschedule them all somehow in 24 hours. She provided so much information that we didn't know, and helped us with many many issues. She was accessible whenever we needed her (I would text her and she would answer right away). She even gave is an amazing housewarming gift. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Leanne was the best agent we could Possibly ask for, she made our experience fun &stress free. She is very knowledgeable and gets the answers asap. Since we were first time home buyers; we didn’t really know how everything works & she made the best effort to explain everything to us best way possible. I would definitely use Leanne for the future homes & Recommend her to family/friends. Leanne you rock! :)

Leanne Leuschen was amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and she took her time with us to explain how the buying process worked. She was able to get us a last minute viewing to a house we are so happy to call home now. Very informative, knowledgeable and caring! Would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

I just purchased my first house with Leanne's help and I couldn't be happier. She was so wonderful through the entire process, which was extra difficult thanks to a weird work schedule. She was always responsive and helped with many a last minute viewing. Because this is my first house, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through every step. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Leanne was professional and helpful at every step. She is knowledgeable in the buying process and offered pertinent advice.
