I have worked with other Brokers in the past, Leanne is the best, she is one extremely hard working agent we knew from the very first phone call she was a deadicated professional and our new agent. Leanne not only help us find our new home which we love, she also sold our old property in a timely manner especially considering the market. She's very approachable & knowledgeable to her industry her knowledge of Alberta property's was astonishing not to mention how much she actually knows about the construction aspect as well, being a contractor I was pleasantly surprised with how much she knew. We felt very comfortable asking her any questions we had, she made herself available for viewings regardless of notice or time of day. Leanne was more than an agent, she was like family friend. If your looking for agent/ Broker look no further.

Leanne was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional throughout my experience with her. She definitely went the extra mile for me.

Leanne is very professional, knowledgeable and honest realtor to work with. She listened what we need and always took time to show all the properties very patiently. We are trusting her because we know from bottom of our heart that she will find the right house for us. Therefore, I will always work with her and recommend her to all of my family’s and friends.

Leanne is a master negotiator and helped us obtain a fair but excellent purchase price for our first home. Her experience gave me great comfort during the negotiation and sale process. Moreover, I got the sense that she cares about her clients and enjoys what she does. Having her as our realtor made the entire experience, which is traditionally very stressful, actually enjoyable. I’m going to recommend her to friends and family and if we need a realtor again, she’ll be the first to call!

Leanne is a great realtor to work with. She takes the time to provide you with all the details and goes out of her way to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We were first time home buyers and she made sure we knew everything before buying. Would definitely recommend to anyone. :)

Leanne Leuschen was simply amazing to work with, she understood this was our first property purchase and she was patient and understanding of the fact that we were going to take our time until we found the perfect house. During the two months of this process she was knowledgeable, honest always had our best interest at heart. She was not going to let us purchase a home that was going to be a lot of work or a home that didn’t have a permit for some of the work that was done to it. We enjoyed working with her and look forward to working with her again God willing. She really made this very stressful time a lot less stressful by helping us along the way and give us the right answer and questions to ask the bank or anyone that we were dealing with. She really cared about my family and I more then any kind of Financial benefits. There for I will always work with her and recommend her all of my family’s and friends. 01/22/2019

Leanne was great, very helpful with everything

Leanne is very approachable and comfortable to deal with she is very knowledgeable in the construction and maintenance side of a purchase. She makes herself available to you at all hours of the day. I would recommend her because she is hard working knowledgeable of the industry and homes and there construction & required maintenance she is truthful and not afraid to be honest even if it breaks a deal she would rather see her customers happy with there purchase then make a sale. We are currently using her services again for the sale of our existing property, I would recommend Leanne to anyone looking to make a purchase.

Leanne Leuschen is a clear communicator with a wealth of expertise that makes navigating the sale of a property much easier than it might otherwise be. She is friendly and answers questions in a kind, friendly manner. Her recommendations and advice were invaluable to me. Leanne was specific and explicit about the importance of the timing for the listing of the condo. This important information provided the catalyst I needed to get the property ready for sale. She was also very clear about the staging of the property. That was very helpful. I recommend Leanne Leuschen without reservation.
