LeeAnn was a godsend. She completely understood the needs of elderly parents in selling their home of 42 years. Her knowledge of selling a property quickly versus a quick sale was instrumental in the success of the sale. And the way she handled 90 year olds, I could not have asked for any better person. She was understanding, able to explain in terms they could understand the different aspects of the sale and what was going to happen and she understood how important it was to them to understand the process.

Leeann and Phillip have been by my side thru a sale and a home purchase and have calmed my frayed nerves and repeatedly explained things to me when I missed it. They also have a huge network of people to call on for almost everything you need. Leeann had a lot of things they could have pulled her attention away from me but she and Phillip stayed on top of everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

We love LeeAnn! She truly takes the time to understand our needs and expectations, and she’s wonderful at helping explain what’s reasonable and where we may need to adjust. She is always honest, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable, but never pushy—she genuinely respects her homeowners’ decisions. We’ve trusted LeeAnn to sell two homes for us, and each experience has been smooth, professional, and reassuring. We’ve already recommended her to several friends and neighbors, and we’ll continue to do so. If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, thoughtful, and dedicated, LeeAnn is simply the best!

I had an great experience selling my condo with Leeann. Communication was exceptional and I was updated at every step. The marketing plan was impressive—professional photos, great listing description, and strong online exposure. I highly recommend!

Everything was great! It was an emotional sale and she handled it in the best way.

LeeAnn and Team were wonderful! We had a very long list of wants for our new home and they identified the perfect home for us because they listened and factored in the criteria, so our showings were time well spent. We had such a great experience; we engaged them to sell our old home. They were great at coordinating the staging and helping prospective buyers see what it could be. We had an offer within days! We are not planning on moving again, but if we do LeeAnn will be our first and hopefully only call!

Lee-Ann is an excellent communicator and very experienced realtor. We were very happy with the outcome of the sale and would highly recommend her to prospective buyers and sellers.
