Ligia is a very focused and effective realtor. She understood our requirements perfectly and would review each listing and filter through before sending over appropriate options for our review. Being a first-time home buyer, this was immensely helpful. I have had experience with other realtors who would just forward the entire automated list or set us up on email lists. This creates more problems, and we would end up spending a lot more time reviewing emails. Ligia was very diligent and would personally review each listing before sending over. She was always on time for all appointments and provided valuable inputs and pointers along the way. She was very patient and answered all our questions. She went over and beyond multiple times to help us win the contract which is evident from that fact we were able to win the house among 19 other offers. I would recommend Ligia to anyone in the home buying market with great enthusiasm

Tiene mucha experiencia y capacidad para lograr El objetivo principal que es ayudar para que El comprador sea Feliz y agradecido por la compra de la casa

From start to finish, Ligia's warm welcome to home and professionalism let us know immediately that we were in good hands. She helped be a liaison with the buyer and was always so prompt and diligent with all aspects of the closing - from negotiating with the seller, to knowing all the ins and outs of closing on the home, she truly made buying a home simple and much less daunting of an endeavor! Ligia also is from the neighborhood, and so we knew we could trust her and had our best interests at heart. Ligia was a true pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend her to any friend/family member in need of a real estate broker!

Ligia Theodorou is the best sales agent we have ever had when selling our home. We had moved many times before this in different parts of the country & never had an agent who was as good as Ligia. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to any looking to sell their home.

She give lot hope ...because was long process ..but i finally did it...she was alike angel help me to all process..I was very happy to work with her.

We closed on our home on 7/22/22. We used Ligia Theodorou as our real state agent and we will definitely use her again. Ligia was there from the beginning to the end. She was patient, persistent, professional, charismatic, resourceful and very knowledgeable. Ligia kept us informed every step of the way, always answered her phone no matter what time it was. She advised us what was best when making an offer and when an offer did not go through, she kept looking for our home without getting discouraged. The process felt easy with her. Ligia was patient when we doubted ourselves. We consider her a valuable agent. On our closing day, Ligia went above and beyond and made it a very special ial day for us. Thank you!
